John Vairo, is our co-CEO. John was cofounder of Emerging Technologies Consultants, a software and professional services firm which was sold to Braun Consulting in December, 1999. John is also an adjunct faculty member in the MBA program at Temple University. He has held several sales, marketing and operational positions with high technology companies including Oracle and DuPont and has a degrees in Marketing and Business from the University of Hartford and S.U.N.Y.

Herb Cohen, is our co-CEO. Herb was cofounder of 800-THE-PROS, one of the nation’s earliest, finest and largest producers of video which was sold to private equity in November, 1991. Herb cofounded Temple University’s Center for the Advancement and Study of Entrepreneurship. He cofounded the Pennsylvania Private Investors Group and QuiqMeds.
